2025 Help, Hope, Change Honoree

Cindy Ducich
Cindy Ducich's (she/her) commitment to the well-being of our South King County exemplifies the spirit of MSC's Help, Hope, Change Award. Cindy moved from Richland, Washington, to the King County area at 18 years of age to attend the University of Washington. She set roots in the Federal Way community and has stayed here ever since, building her family and her community. While Cindy has had a few career evolutions, her most recent focus has been on advertising and she currently works with Flare AI providing digital marketing to help organizations and business build community awareness and support. Cindy is not just a marketing professional, she is a true community connector and servant leader.
Cindy started volunteering with MSC over fifteen years ago, serving on our "Friends" committee to help plan and execute our fundraising events. She's also been a strong advocate for MSC's services and the clients we serve. She builds relationships and provides introductions to help further the mission of MSC both to strengthen community support and also to ensure those that need to utilize MSC services can reach us. Cindy's commitment to community doesn't end with MSC, she's also engaged with FUSION, the Federal Way Chamber of Commerce, Federal Way Public Schools, Rotary Club of Federal Way, and City of Federal Way initiatives such as the Arts Commission. Cindy finds joy in working together with others and shares it is more meaningful knowing that these connections directly help those in need, ease their burdens, and strengthen our communities for everyone.
